Terms of Service

Article 1 (Agreement to Terms)

By downloading, installing, or using applications (hereinafter referred to as "App") developed and provided by Rounder Works, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using and delete the App.

Article 2 (License Grant)

Subject to these Terms and the terms of service of the store from which you downloaded the App (such as the Apple App Store), Rounder Works grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Article 3 (Usage Restrictions and Prohibitions)

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the App:

  1. Using the App for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
  2. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
  3. Copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works of the App's content without prior written permission from Rounder Works
  4. Interfering with the normal operation of the service or placing excessive load on servers and network systems
  5. Misappropriating others' information or detecting and exploiting system security vulnerabilities for unauthorized access

Article 4 (User Content)

  1. Content and related data generated through the App are stored on the user's device, and Rounder Works does not claim any rights to such content.
  2. Users may freely use generated content but should be careful not to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and other content and features included in the App are the exclusive property of Rounder Works and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Article 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties)

  1. The App is provided "as-is" and "as available." Rounder Works makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by device environment, network conditions, or force majeure circumstances.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Rounder Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Article 8 (Service Updates and Terms Changes)

  1. Rounder Works reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue part or all of the App's features or services without prior notice.
  2. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Korea.
